Adam Johnson	fe5ad6d437	Reintroduce a fun hack Yeah, looks like PhysX 2.6.4 has a bug with spawning stuff inside of regions. So, let's bring back the hack that spawns the avatar at -2000 feet. The link-in process will set the correct position on the controller and fire the appropriate detectors.	12 years ago

Adam Johnson	2b06708915	Generate mip levels for DynamicTextMaps This changeset introduced a new plBitmap flag `kAutoGenMipmap`, which trickles through the pipeline and becomes `D3DUSAGE_AUTOGENMIPMAP` in standard DirectX texture creation. This flag is applied to all DyanmicTextMaps. The end result is that DynamicTextMaps become fuzzy at a distance, rather than choppy.	12 years ago
