Phase 1: reorganize StaticSDK directories to better reflect origin of each SDK, platform, etc. Add SDK-binary as submodule.

Installing Speex is as easy as:

% ./configure [--prefix=<install-path>]
|
|
% make
|
|
% make install
|
|
|
|
Note that if you are using the code from CVS, you will need to run "autogen.sh"
|
|
instead of "configure".
