Skoader	0e154ffb4b	Update Python 2.3 for MSVC10 ... Rename WRITE_RESTRICTED due to a collision with windows headers. Remove PY_UNICODE_TYPE from config header. unicodeobject.h should define this correctly. Add special signal handling for MSVC8 and up.	2012-04-22 15:54:23 +10:00
