* Attempted refresh of hidden door's responders (only open from inside is working correctly as far as camera and overriding first person, not sure why)
* Add Jules' journal from DapperAndy with cover by Tweek
* Add Carl's notebook to Kelsei
* Update Tenny's journals
* Update Kelsei's journal
* Update Chiso commentary journal
* Adjust desk cameras and collision
* Fix some collision issues to keep avatar and camera out of pillars per Ehren
