* Fix ellipses once again in LOC
* Add missing bottom of shelf on hidden door
* Add NotPossible Linking Book GUI to Wayne's damaged Relto Book.
* Adjust sitting regions to be more precise
* Properly light the numerous KI's on Calum's desk
* Fix nameplate UV mapping to remove markings from text
* Move Naybree Book to keep avatars from catching on the desk collision
* Fix bannisters to stairs leading to lower level so they're not sticking out of the railing
