some of the still burning balls of light that Fire had hurled on him earlier. The light provided vision while he navigated the caves. However, still Wind attacked him relentlessly, constantly trying to extinguish his Fire. As a result, man returned to the plateaus and got another torch for the woman.
The legends of Kahlo then said that by navigating the caves and passing their torches back and forth, the man and woman were able to navigate safely through the caves out of Fire and Wind’s harm. The legends also said that because of the woman’s interaction with Fire and Wind, she knew certain secrets. One of those secrets was that the gathering of the three Fires together upon the Plateau would allow escape to another world where neither Wind nor Fire lived.
Through careful navigation, the man and woman were able to bring all of the still burning fires to the Plateau. Once the fires burned together Fire and Wind both acknowledged that man had earned the
